This program is specifically for athletes who have developed a high level of skill and are currently competing at the club level or a high level of competency in the WMBA league. Athletes should have a strong grasp of movement patterns, defensive strategies and advanced drills.
This camp is tailored for advanced players and is not suitable for beginners or those still working on fundamental skills.
Parents can expect their children to refine their abilities, gain deeper insights into game strategy, and learn the importance of mindfulness and breathing techniques to enhance performance in competitive settings.
