Welcome to Magic Basketball Canada CLUB PREP Camps

Our Club Prep Training Sessions are designed to equip young athletes with the skills, confidence, and basketball IQ needed to elevate their game, whether it’s competing in community leagues, club play, or striving for higher levels of competition. Whether you’re preparing for club tryouts, enhancing your game for school leagues, or simply looking to sharpen your skills, these sessions will challenge and prepare you for future opportunities. Join us and take the next step in your basketball journey!

Our Spring sessions will run for 8 weeks, with one-hour sessions each week. This program takes a structured approach to player development, focusing on advanced skill refinement, game understanding, and mental preparation. Players will work on mastering fundamentals, developing proper movement habits, and understanding key concepts of the game that are critical for success in competitive basketball.

Magic Basketball has proudly operated as a not-for-profit organization for over 20 years, dedicated to fostering confidence and mentorship in every athlete. Whether your goal is to compete at the next level or to develop your skills, we are here to support you every step of the way.

Our club is committed to providing an inclusive yet competitive environment where young athletes can grow and thrive at their own pace. We also aim to offer opportunities beyond our program, supporting athletes in exploring different styles of gameplay and gaining additional exposure—without gatekeeping their aspirations.

🏀 Program for Male Athletes Born 2012–2013


This program is tailored for athletes who already have a strong understanding of basketball rules and possess advanced basketball IQ. Participants should be able to demonstrate proficiency in dribbling, shooting, and game decision-making. Designed for players with experience in competitive or organized basketball, such as club leagues or school teams, this program emphasizes skill refinement and game strategy to prepare athletes for high-level play.
If you’re looking to sharpen your skills, elevate your basketball IQ, and prepare for competitive opportunities, this program is the perfect fit.

Note: This program is not suitable for beginners.

🏀 Program for Male Athletes Born 2014-2015

This program is ideal for athletes who have already developed the basic principles of basketball and have participated in organized play, such as the WMBA or similar leagues. Participants should understand the rules of the game, demonstrate proper dribbling with both hands, and exhibit fundamental shooting techniques.
The program focuses on building upon this foundation, enhancing core skills, and developing players’ confidence and game awareness. A strong attention span and ability to follow structured drills are essential for maximizing the benefits of this program.
This program is designed to help young players progress to the next level of basketball development.

🏀 Program for Female Athletes Born 2011-2013

This program is tailored for female athletes with an understanding of basketball rules and fundamentals, who have experience in organized play such as school teams, community leagues, or club basketball. Participants should possess strong basketball IQ and demonstrate proficiency in core skills like dribbling, shooting, and defensive positioning.
Our training sessions focus on refining these skills, enhancing basketball IQ, and preparing athletes for competitive opportunities. This program emphasizes advanced development in both individual and team-oriented play, making it an ideal choice for players aiming to take their game to the next level.

Note: This program is not suitable for beginners. Participants should have prior experience and a strong commitment to improvement.
