This co-ed program focuses on building foundational skills in a supportive, low-pressure environment where players can learn the game at their own pace.
What Your Athlete Will Learn
- Basic dribbling techniques with both hands
- Proper shooting form and fundamentals
- Passing mechanics and court awareness
- Defensive positioning and movement
- Basketball rules and game structure
- Confidence with the ball in low-pressure settings
Who This Camp Is For
This camp is ideal for athletes who are new to organized basketball, have played informally at recess or at home, or are still working to develop comfort with fundamental skills. Our format is skill-based rather than strictly age-based — ages are a helpful guide, not a requirement, and every athlete is welcome to find the level that fits them.
What's Included
- 8 weekly training sessions (2 hours each)
- Small group instruction with maximum 16 athletes
- Experienced coaching focused on beginner development
- Training PDF with skill drills and basketball tips
